Challenge #65 - BLING on a SHAPE

No, that is not a spelling mistake and should not read bring on a shape! The theme is

BLING ON A SHAPE

I am combining 2 requirements here. 
Make an easel shaped card (plain or twisted), 
and ADD BLING somewhere on the card.

Challenge #65 runs from 17 - 30 April 2013

Not sure how to make an easel card? It is sooo easy you will kick yourself for not having tried it!
