Karen has been on our DT for a few months and what a pleasure it was to showcase her gorgeous creations! Sadly, she has decided to leave us. We will miss your light banter in the group and certainly your gorgeous cards. However, I now look forward to seeing your creations being entered into our challenges!

Thanks for your dedication and enthusiasm - a real star! As a tribute to you, here is a collage of "some" of the beautiful cards you made with DS4J images during your DT membership.

A BIG WELCOME to RIETTE

And now I would like to welcome and introduce a new member to the team. Riette Gasser (or Red), who  hails from Roodepoort (near Johannesburg) in South Africa. This is what she says ...

. I started card making by "accident" early in 2011 when I bought a flower punch (those big ones that punch out all the individual petals) at a craft expo. Being somewhat compulsive at times I of course didn't know what to do with it so I started Googling and stumbled upon the AMAZING world of paper crafting. I was hooked. By trial and error I've learned and found my "style" so to speak. I like being challenged to try new things and also to show others what I'm learning. I'm a "stay-at-home-Mom" who is rarely "at home" since we homeschool and love to find our adventure in the world around us. 

WELCOME TO THE TEAM RIETTE and I trust you will have fun with us!

A SPECIAL THANKS TO A SPECIAL PERSON

We say GOODBYE to a wonderful DT Leader and member....

Jenlee Leeflang has been on the DT since the start of Digistamps4Joy, and she continued to provide her support and guidance during the change over of ownership in February 2012.

She has been selfless in all her efforts to promote ALL the DS4J digistamps - not only her own. Jen was a wonderful support to me and the DT, was always on time with her commitments, and I knew I could trust her with a task.
Jen, we will miss you, your organisational skills, and your wonderful, talentful creations, but we wish you all the best in the future, and of course you may now officially enter our DS4J Challenges!

Thank you for your loyalty and dedication to DS4J. As a tribute to you, I have put together a collage of some of the beautiful cards you made during your DT membership.

FREEBIE FRIDAY - 2 November 2012

Oops, sorry you missed it, but the image is now only available in the shop.

The first Friday of every month Digistamps4Joy releases a free digistamp, and as this is the first Friday of November, here is the image we are releasing!

This image is called "Joy 'n Peace sentiment" and is drawn by Margy (that's me), and is perfect for the upcoming Christmas/Holiday season! Scroll to the bottom of the post for the link.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The freebie is now ONLY available for downloading in the DS4J SHOP, and I have extended the availability time to 3 days (2-4 November), after which it will be available for purchase in the shop.  There is however no reason to be 'afraid' of setting up an account in the shop as it IS free, and IS easy, and when you add the freebie to the cart and checkout it WILL be free. There is NO obligation to purchase any other items, and of course next month your account will already be set up! I made this decision to prevent any stamp theft.
